INTO PERSPECTIVE
LAMRONS puts emphasis on reflections of the things we take for granted to design flexible garments as essentials of a modern urban life. We tends to re-interpret the aesthetics at the end of the twentieth century by veiled signs, simple design, delicate tailoring with memorable details.
Over the past year, we collected and organized the instants in our album to construct the images we had been longing for. Time stands still, we overlap and interweave with shadows. The shadow, the projection of reality, is attached to a subject and cannot exist independently. Taking the concept of shadow as the creation subject is a process of reverse thinking, which can reshape our cognition of inherent phenomena. Shuttling in the fleeting lights and shadows, we put their complex changes into perspective, felt the order of time, and our mood was surging.
For this Autumn/Winter 2022 collection, LAMRONS transformed emotions into bold cutting lines to create extraordinary structures. Shiny fabrics ran through the whole collection, interlaced with translucent tulle dress and crisp coats, carving passing shadows on our bodies to commemorate a significant moment we missed.
